What are the payment options?

We accept only payment through Paypal and Cash on Delivery.

How would I know if my order is confirmed?

An email will be sent to your registered email address.

I purchase to get a crystal but I do not know which to get. Do you have any recommendations?

Are your prices subject to GST?

Our products are tax free.

Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?

We deliver to all locations except Jurong Island, restricted airlines and cargo areas (such as airport cargo complexes, and airline roads) and other locations that are not on mainland Singapore.

Do you deliver to foreign addresses?

Currently, we do not deliver to any location outside of mainland Singapore.

Can I collect my crystal on the day I make a purchase?

Yes, you may order and collect on the same day if the order is made before 12 pm on the day itself and collect at latest by 5 pm.
